Infobip

Infobip is a global cloud communications company founded in 2006 in Vodnjan, Croatia, by Silvio Kutić, Roberto Kutić and Izabel Jelenić. It grew from an SMS service into a platform for messaging, voice and chatbots, and it became Croatia's first unicorn when One Equity Partners invested 200 million US dollars in 2020.

The contracting entity in the service terms is Infobip Ltd, registered in London, while the company's roots and its large Pangea campus are in Vodnjan, Croatia. The US investor One Equity Partners holds a stake whose size is not public. Infobip also runs offices in the US, so check the data processing terms for your use case. The platform is broad and enterprise-oriented, which can be more than a small project needs.
