willhaben is Austria's largest online marketplace and classifieds portal, operated by willhaben internet service GmbH in Vienna. It combines a general marketplace with large verticals for used cars and real estate, and it lists jobs as well. The site shows more than 8 million offers.

Ownership

The operating company is held through willhaben Holding GmbH. According to the legal notice, Styria Digital Marketplaces GmbH (Austria) and Sprints Blossom S.à r.l. (Luxembourg, linked to the London investor Sprints Capital) hold about 49.8 percent each. Adevinta sold its 50 percent stake in 2025, so willhaben is no longer part of Adevinta. The platform covers Austria only.
