Spa

Spa is a Belgian mineral water brand from the town of Spa in the Ardennes region, and its logo carries the line natural since 1583. The company behind it is Spadel, whose sources Spa Reine, Spa Barisart and Spa Marie-Henriette lie in Spa. The Spa Monopole company took its name in 1921, the year Spa Reine natural mineral water was launched, and both celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2021 with a visit from the King and Queen of the Belgians.

Ownership

Spadel SA has its registered office at Avenue des Communautés 110 in Brussels and is listed on Euronext Brussels. Finances & Industries SA of Belgium holds 93.03 percent, and Spadel calls itself a family group. Besides Spa it owns Bru, Wattwiller, Carola, Devin and the energy drink Zyla. No part of it belongs to a non-European owner.
