Cdiscount is a French online shop and marketplace headquartered in Bordeaux. It was founded in 1998 and sells electronics, household goods, furniture, toys and many other categories to customers in France. Third-party sellers list their products on the platform next to the own range.

Ownership and limits

Cdiscount is part of the French retail group Casino through the e-commerce holding Cnova. In 2025 Casino announced the buy-out of Cnova's minority shareholders, after which it would hold 100 percent of the capital. The shop is aimed at the French market and has little reach elsewhere in Europe. As on every marketplace, delivery and returns depend on the individual seller.
